Terms & Conditions of Booking

We kindly remind all guests to read through the terms & conditions carefully prior to booking.

1) All reservations can only be secured with a valid credit card (Phone, email, walk in, online) with a 50% deposit.
2) The 50% deposit is non-refundable.
3) All payments are to be made in cash. Any payment by creditcard would attract a 5% administrative fee.
4) Check in is after 3pm, check out at 11am.
5) A valid passport must be presented upon check in. ABC Premium Hostel reserves the right to reject any guest without a valid passport.
6) Upon check in, a S$20 would be taken as key card deposit. This amount be would refunded upon check out.
7) Any reservation cancelled and confirmed by us within 48 hours would incur the first night's charge.
8) Any no shows would incur the cost for the full reservation.
9) Reservations can only be cancelled via email. ABC Premium Hostel does not accept phone cancellations.
10) ABC Premium Hostel does not carry responsibility for any cancelled reservations due to guest input error or any forced circumstances.
11) The guest would be responsible for any damages done to the property.
12) Do note that ABC Premium Hostel holds the right to refuse any guest should they be behaving in an unappropriate manner, under the influence of alcohol or drugs even after check in.
13) We have a no-smoking policy in the premises of the hostel, however there are smoking areas below the hostel.
14) No food and drinks are to be consumed in the dorm rooms of the hostel.
15) Guests who have visiting friends are only allowed to stay a maximum of 1hour in between the hours of 10am to 6pm.
16) We require prior notification of all group bookings with accompanying children.
